Event Sponsorship-FIRST TIER

·         Logo will be in the first tier or size of any public usage.

·         There are only three sponsorship tiers.

·         All posters, handbills and hand distributed advertising will include logo or line listing.

·         Logo will appear on Website & 2 Sponsor Wall.

·         Paid & Trade Ads will include logo.

·         MCs will acknowledge sponsor from ALL stages during announcements.

·         Banners are permitted though our Sponsor Liaison, who will facilitate placement and let you know accepted dimensions.

·         Vendor space provided to sponsor at location of choice.

·         Sponsor may offer samples and the possibility exists for Sponsor to sell product as approved by the Vendor Coordinator.

$1000

·         Logo will be in the second tier or size of any public usage.

·         There are only three sponsorship tiers.

·         All posters, handbills and hand distributed advertising will include logo or line listing.

·         Paid & Trade Ads will include logo.

·         Logo will appear on Website & 2 Sponsor Walls.

·         MCs will acknowledge sponsor from stage during 10 announcements.

·         Banners are permitted though our Sponsor Liaison, who will facilitate placement and let you know accepted dimensions.

SPECIAL ALBERTA BUSINESS PROMOTION

$250

• THIRD TIER SPONSORSHIP.
• Logo will be in the third tier or size of any public usage.
• There are only three sponsorship tiers.
• All posters, handbills and hand distributed advertising will include logo or line listing.
• Logo will appear on Website & 2 Sponsor Wall.
• MCs will acknowledge sponsor from stage during 5 announcements.

Keep Alberta Clean

Any Amount Accepted

All Money will go to event trash cans & disposal, recycling bins and Porta-Potties.  Donations will be acknowledged by line mention on website and program.

Other Considerations

Alberta Street Fair is open to discussing alternative funding proposals or trades that provided equal value and respect the integrity of the event.

First Right of Refusal

Sponsor will be offered first right of refusal to come on as a returning sponsor in 2010.
